Here's the latest from Rockville: Amy and the Wee Beanie are just past 19 1/2 weeks! We've also registered online at Babies 'R Us. Our registry should be available at any Babies R Us location, as well.

The Wee Bean continues to kick and definitely is eating well, as you can see in the picture.

Some things are hard to capture on film. Feeling the first kicks of a baby is definitely on the list. And that's what happened last night.

Ben was having a little discussion with the Wee Beanie when Amy felt a little butterfly kicking around in her abdomen. Nothing too hard, or too noticeable, but definitely a kick!

So chalk that one up on the "baby firsts" calendar. Hopefully, Ben's voice won't be the source of kicking in later years.

Enjoy this picture of a cute bedding set for the Wee Beanie. The "animal" theme will be a nice one for the nursery.It's hard to tell whether or not Wee Beanie likes it from in here, but it's certain that Wee Beanie is getting comfortable!

Someone thinks Wee Bean is going to like a certain team from Boston.

And someone else has a feeling that a new member of the Tribe is coming shortly.

Frankly, as long as pinstripes are avoided, both managers will be happy.

First Post

This is the first post for the Wee Beanie Web Site, and what better way to start than with a picture of Amy and the Wee Beanie next to the crib in the nursery.

Our doctor's visit went very well on Monday, and we saw the Wee Beanie kicking and sucking his/her thumb (gender still unavailable). We also saw the brain (a good sign!), toes and fingers. It looked like a real baby!
