School celebrations

It's hard to believe the end of the school year is here! Harper finished Friday and Ida Jane has 2 weeks to go. Ida's school has had several celebrations, starting with the Global Picnic. There were lots of rides and food from the 74 countries represented by the student body. Ida Jane loved the mini train.

Harper didn't participate in any special celebrations, but she has been having a lot of fun playing dress-up!

The next big event was Ida Jane's school concert. The theme was "A World Full of Music." Ida's class did a dance representing Israel. The kids did a great job!

The next morning was a performance from Ida Jane's dance class. Ida and Harper were both excited for the recital.

Just before showtime:

Dance!

Uncle Jeff was there to see the performance! He was in town for the whole weekend and we all had a blast.

Catch up

Where does the time go? It's been a while since we've updated, before Easter.

Got some great Easter presents from the Grandparents, including these hilarious masks.

Check out the new wheels - Harper's getting better every day at riding around, and Ida Jane enjoys getting her hair to "fly" behind her.

Here's Ida Jane hamming it up at the Botanic Gardens with the public art, when she accompanied Uncle Ben, Auntie Christene and Mommy for a tour.

For Mother's Day, we took a trip down to Clarke Quay for dinner and ice cream.

The "Turkish Ice Cream" vendor is always good for a laugh.

The wait and tricks were worth it!
